Increase Your Chances of Getting Out of Bankruptcy Ahead of Schedule
    by Darren Britt

    Heres how the story goes...

Mr. and Mrs. bankruptcy filer are struggling to hold onto their piece of the American Dream. They file Bankruptcy after falling behind on the mortgage payments for several months because of any number of reasons job loss, health problems, etc...

Once Mr. and Mrs. Bk Filers repayment plan gets approved by the court, many times they will be placed into whats called the wage earner plan. Under this plan all of the money that is to go to the trustee to repay the creditors is done through directly debiting Mr. or Mrs BK filers bank account.

Increase your chances of getting out of bankruptcy early.

Common complaints that I hear from people under this type of plan are.

1- My case was dismissed and I don't understand why because the money was being taken directly from my bank account!

2- My bank is posting late payments on my current mortgage payments which are being directly debited by the trustee from my account!

Make sure you stay on top of who is getting paid under the plan and more important When they are getting paid!

Some plans allow you to make your current payment to your lender and back payments are made by the trustee. Other plans have all funds going to the trustee who in turn pays prior debts and current mortgage payments.

Timely payments could make the difference between being stuck in the bankruptcy plan for 5 years and then having it remain on your credit for another 10 years, or being able to use your equity to payoff the plan in as little as 1 year.

For many years working as a loan officer and coming across more and more borrowers with less than perfect credit made me realize the need for an effective and efficient way to help homeowners save their home from foreclosure when refinancing just wasn't an option.

Because of this I formed a foreclosure prevention company several years ago

http://www.loan-mitigation-services.com to provide as many resources as possible.
